Are you a Back End Engineer with core skills in Java and Node? Would you be interested to be part of a highly motivated cohesive team who are developing an innovative low code AI platform / heathtech application? Do you have cloud skills in either AWS, Azure or GCP?

Excellent opportunity to join an early stage company, that has recently secured "series A" funding, who are developing an AI platform focused on data-driven health, from diagnostics to automation. The vision is to create the world’s first cross-industry multi-modal AI platform using a combination of well-known machine learning techniques as well as their own proprietary algorithms.

The core skills required are Java and Node together with good exposure to one of the cloud providers. DevOps and Python skills are a bonus.

This is a remote wfh based role with monthly team get togethers.

Key responsibilities:

Develop the core products and services meeting quality assurance needs.
Collaborate with other programmers to design and implement features.
Research and analyse customer requirements.
Develop and maintain DevOps pipeline.
Communicate key project data to team members.
Develop and execute project plans.
Contribute to developing the strategy for technology platforms to align to the overall company strategy and vision.


Ideal candidate profile:

Computer Science/STEM background
Excellent Java 14+ experience, including algorithmic development
Python development skills
Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment and DevOps
Experience in data engineering
Experience of working in small teams
Good communication skills
Experience in deploying to cloud platforms
